Rebekah Plueckhahn

Rebekah Plueckhahn is a McArthur Research Fellow in Anthropology at the University of Melbourne. She conducts research on urbanism, finance, materiality and ways in which residents seek out housing and negotiate changing urban environments. She has published on urban politics, ethics, capitalism, land possession and social accountability in Ulaanbaatar. She has been conducting research and writing about Mongolia since 2009.
